Valentine’s Day Specials
Valentine’s Day is the perfect opportunity to treat your loved ones to something special.
Here’s what PAC Fitness is Offering for Valentine’s Day:
- Massage Therapy – Jennifer Taylor, our registered massage therapist is offering her one-hour massage for only $60 (that’s $10 off!). Jennifer’s service is convenient because she comes to you! Call PAC to book your appointment. Gift certificates are available. Offer ends February 28th.
- Two-for-One Personal Training – Now two people can train for the price of one! An extremely affordable way to take your fitness to the next level. Offer expires February 15th. Contact the front desk for details.
- Add a Loved-One to your Membership – You can add a family member for a $0 joining fee and only $24.99 a month. This is our lowest monthly dues rate since our grand opening. Remember, memberships include a full nutritional program including meal plans, one session with a trainer and free Group Exercise classes, Kid’s Club and Tanning. This offer ends February 15th.
Employee Spotlight
We are so excited to welcome Natonia Armour to the PAC Fitness team! Natonia will be available for personal training and she will be teaching group exercise classes as well.
Natonia has an unbelievable story that we’d like to share with you. At one point in her life, Natonia was over 200 lbs. She decided to make a change in her life and hired a personal trainer. After several months with her trainer, Natonia decided she wanted to help people lose weight and get fit just like her trainer did for her. She got certified as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor and the rest is history! Natonia really can relate to anyone with weight-loss goals! She has over 4-years of experience and has worked for some of the biggest names in fitness. Call the club today to set-up a time with Natonia.
We would also like to congratulate Karen Love! You all know Karen from the cheerful welcome she gives you every morning at our front desk, but did you know that Karen is now a certified personal trainer? When Karen first started with us at PAC she had never exercised and was overweight. She decided to change her life and has accomplished so much in the past year! Karen has lost over 40 lbs, she’s competed in several 5K, 10K and half marathons and she also participated in the Hotter’N Hell 100 mile bike race. Karen is currently taking personal training appointments beginning at 10 am Monday – Friday.

Group Exercise Classes
We’ve added another Zumba class! That means you now have three opportunities to take Zumba every week with your choice of time and instructor, because we now have three certified Zumba instructors! Check out our new class on Monday at 6:45 p.m. with Maria “Natty” Bradley or try one of our already popular classes, Tuesday nights with Julie Russell or Thursday mornings with Kim Bishop. Please note that Power Hour with Natalie on Monday evenings is now at 5:45 p.m.
