CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

John’s Boot Camp - Boot Camp is for all fitness levels and is available for members and non-members. A high-energy workout focused on cardio and interval training that is designed to take you to the next level. Boot Camp meets at Rogers Middle School.

50/50 – This class is 30 minutes of cardio to burn fat and 30 minutes of weights to build strength.  A great workout designed to work two very important areas of fitness. Burn the fat while developing lean muscle.

Cycle – This class brings the outdoor riding experience indoors.  It incorporates authentic cycling drills with the driving music.  You will climb hills, race, and take on the flats. Indoor cycling will challenge you with technique drills and ride profiles used by competitive cyclists.

Kickbox – A fun, energizing cardiovascular workout consisting of easy to follow combinations of upper body punches and lower body kicks.  This workout is designed to help you to a healthier you all while burning 400-800 calories per hour.  No equipment needed.

Muscle Blast – An athletic based strength/cardio combination class that incorporates strength training with step cardio.  This class is designed to tone and tighten your muscles.

Yoga Burn – A faster paced yoga workout paired with upbeat music that burns tons of calories while it strengthens muscles, increases flexibility and improves balance.

Pilates – This class is a Pilates mat powerhouse workout that focuses on every part of your body and carves away at your waistline while creating long lean muscles.

Core Conditioning - The heart rate will stay in a fat burning zone by doing core drills using body weight then transition to the mat for balance and deep core with athletic style Pilates exercises.

Power Hour – A combination of cardio and strength will accelerate the heart rate and work every muscle group.  Burn calories and tone the body.

Yoga – A traditional yoga class consisting of poses that are aimed at increasing total body strength, flexibility and restoring range of motion in tight areas.

Zumba Fitness – Latin inspired, easy to follow, calorie burning, feel it to the core fitness party.

Body Sculpt – Designed to strengthen and sculpt the entire body.  Pure strength training class that will develop muscles to help burn fat more efficiently and leave your metabolism boosted throughout the day.

Triple Threat –  Athletic conditioning including interval drills, weight training and cardio.  All levels welcome.

Remember, our Kid’s Club provides free child care service for all members!
